Ms. Rockrise came to Florida from San Francisco, CA in 1965 and entered the real estate business in Palm Beach shortly thereafter.

Specializing in Palm Beach estates' sales and leases, her interest soon expanded to residential and commercial management.

Over a period of fifty years, Ms. Rockrise has successfully administered many business.  Following are highlights of some areas of administration:

Architectural Design and Specifications in Phoenix, Arizona

Construction and remodeling residential properties in Phoenix, Scottsdale and CaveCreek, Arizona.

As President and CEO of a national medical paper products corporation in Minneapolis, MN, she established accounting systems, new marketing programs, more advanced time-sensitive order processing and delivery systems and established a research and development department.

Later moving to California, she handled commercial fleet leasing programs for a large San Francisco auto leasing company.

An opportunity arose for her to work with a nationally recognized architectural firm in San Francisco, CA managing the company and assisting in specifications writing. 

Managing condominium and homeowner associations became a natural progression given her corporate management experience.  All forms, systems and operations were utilized in Florida in managing condominium and homeowner associations.  In addition, she has been asked to provide business consulting services to associations in Florida and paralegal services for attorneys specializing in real estate law.

Ms. Rockrise's corporate management experience has resulted in this website offering average homeowners the opportunity to chart their own course in the interest of protecting their property.  There are always those who are unscrupulous and those whose interest in being a board member is only to advance a special project or personal interest; but you don't need them on a board.  We explain how to recognize these persons before they become elected.
